The rooms at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were spacious and had a modern design, making them extremely comfortable. The bed was a super king size and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The hotel also had great facilities, including a kitchenette in the room, which was a huge plus for added convenience. Another great aspect was the breakfast. It was not only delicious, but also had a good variety of options to choose from.

Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Unsurpassed futurictic design, facilities and location. I've visited hundreds of hotels worldwide, but this one is second to none in regard of its unique design. The hotel is very conveniently located only 6-7 kilometers from the wonderful beaches of Arcachon, in parallel to n250 motorway. Despite of the proximity to the motorway it's quiet. Huge secured parking onsite. All neccessary facilities in the room: wi-fi access, mini fridge, electric kettle, kichenette, a balcony with nice designed chairs and table.

To be honest, I've to note some issues: firstly - the absence of lighting at the mirror in the bathroom. Only obscured lights on the ceiling. In such absolutely insufficient lighting in the bathroom is impossible to make-up for the ladies! Secondly - the very weak shower. It should be more powerfull. I hope, the hotel management will remedy these defficiencies, because in all other aspects the hotel is beautifull and highly recommendable.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the expensive surroundings. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchenette and good facilities, including a microwave and a fridge. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's location in a retail park provides easy access to a shopping center, which is very convenient.

No major improvements needed, everything was just fine.

In the middle of an industrial zone, with shops at the basement, it does not look like a luxury hotel...

Modern, clean rooms. Very funky design. Built in ipod dock was a nice touch. Would stay again.

A bit too far from the sea front - €25 taxi ride but aparty from that, very good hotel.

The hotel room was modern and spacious with a well-appointed kitchenette, and free parking was available. Its location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby and the beach and attractions a short drive away.

The Wi-Fi was difficult to access with a complicated log-in process, and the noise from the nearby highway could sometimes be heard. the mattress could have been more comfortable.

The spa closes at 1900, I checked-in at 1850 (for one night only) after a long day and was disappointed because my main reason for selecting the Hotel was for the spa facilities!

spa: gym has no access to drinking water ! (is otherwise good) but that's a big deficiency and why I rated fair on services and good on comfort. Room we stayed in was fine but this hotel is very proud of being a spa, so should heed

The free parking and spacious rooms were a welcome sight. The hotel was also located near a shopping center and bakery, making it convenient to grab essentials or a quick bite to eat.

The hotel was not worth the price we paid. There were additional costs for using the indoor pool and the breakfast was overpriced and disorganized.

Thanks to Nicole (front office manager) we got a good deal anyway (discount on room price, free rental bike and free massage).

The hotel was simply not ready for opening; no SPA at all, only 60% of room were usable.

Lovely location, spacious room and kitchenette, clean and modern design, exceptional service.

No negative aspects.

The rooms were very comfortable, but if you were to use them as a base for self catering the cooking facilities would have been stretched due to only having a small cooking area and fridge. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. It appears that the hotel is set up to cater more for couples, but the staff made our family very welcome.

The hotel was still being fitted internally and with workers on site from early in the morning to evening time was a little noisy at times. We were aware that the spa and pool were not yet open, when booking the hotel, but not that work was still being completed on the site. This was very disappointing, but the staff were very appologetic. If I had known that work was still in progress, I would have booked to stay at another hotel. I would say that the price of the stay for two nights was expensive without the full use of the facilities, but if they were in place I would stay at the hotel again.

A novel hotel with new, clean feel. Ironically its poor location is good for choosing either costal beech and forest tourism or heading into Arcachon (if you have a car)... good for me but not good for everyone.

Not much to complain about for the price. I didn't want the spa but these are extra if you chhose. The site - which is still being built on nearby and which hosts a commercial sprawl is not great.
